Backing rings

Backing rings are utilized when full-penetration butt welds are specified to ensure compliance with welding standards. Chamfered pins are employed to establish the optimal gap for the initial root pass, facilitating precise weld initiation. Applied in diverse scenarios demanding high-quality welding, backing rings guarantee backside weld quality, minimize welding defects, and bolster the overall strength and reliability of the structure.

Plastic Pile Caps

Our injection-molded plastic pile caps suit pipe, timber, and concrete piles. They come in round/square shapes, flat/cone designs, and standard colors of black, white, yellow, and red (additional colors available on request).
